New Submersible Portable Radios: GP344

These radios will withstand total immersion in water to a depth of 1 metre (approx. 1 yard) for 30 minutes - giving you total protection against dust and water intrusion and peace of mind that your radio will continue working in the harshest of outdoor environments.

These rugged radios are intended for our customers operating in especially harsh environments, such as fire and rescue services, ports and construction companies.

These new professional portable radios will be available in three distinct versions:

• Non-keypad models
• Display and menu key models
• Display and full keypad models

The new radios will be available in the VHF (136 - 174) MHz, UHF (403 - 470) MHz and (450 - 527) MHz RF bands.

PL and 5 Tone signaling will be supported on all RF bands. MPT trunking protocols will be available in the (403 - 470) MHz frequency band.
